Currently, he also serves as the Education Principal and AI Curriculum Designer at NOVA IT Academy, where he shapes the next generation of AI talent through innovative, future-focused educational programs. His role as Manager of Geospatial Finance & Analytics at Carbon Impact has already proven pivotal, and his recent promotion is a natural progression in recognition of his strategic insights and contributions. In addition, he serves as a strategic advisor and engages in narrative design and AI storytelling at Narration Box, further showcasing his dynamic capabilities across both technical and creative domains.
Oztuna’s career began in 2016 with early roles in digital asset management at Vodafone and project management at Kloud Trader, along with a foundational investment banking internship at Vakıfbank. Since then, his professional journey has spanned some of the world’s most respected organizations, including Cineplex, Walmart, The Advance Group, the World Bank, Walther Kranz, Remax, Gokturk Technologies, and Gerson Lehrman Group. Between 2023 and 2025, he played a leading role as managing partner at Oztuna & Partners, served as an auditor at Ernst & Young, and represented Turkey as the Head of Geoint at Geostrata. As a globe-trotting, multilingual AI developer and polyglot, Oztuna brings rare fluency in both human and machine languages—positioning him as an exceptional asset in the increasingly interconnected world of geospatial analytics and sustainable finance.
In his new capacity as Director, Oztuna will lead the integration of spatial intelligence, financial modeling, and AI tools to support clients’ sustainability goals. His work will be critical in enhancing Carbon Impact’s suite of enterprise solutions, enabling companies to make informed, data-driven decisions in response to climate-related risks and regulatory demands.
