It just looks bad. At the end of the day, you had no personal motivation, and now your response is the biggest factor in what will make you look bad. Someone may have asked you a question, you gave an honest answer, and now your honest response is going to be the reason that the employee ends up looking bad.
The other employees aren’t just going to say you gave an honest answer, they are going to make it sound like you gave an honest answer, and at the end of the day, it is your fault. Why have your own business?
There are two main reasons you might want to start your own business.
1. Employers make mistakes
I know this seems more like being a job creator, but employees always make mistakes. Most of the time it is just a bad look, but there have been times I have wanted to go to HR and say that you made my work environment into something I never wanted to work in.
I know that has happened to other people, so it isn’t just the employer. Often it is just someone lacking basic information. They make decisions based on more than the knowledge they are privy to, so at the end of the day, I am their boss, but I am only giving them direction.
I am not the one that is responsible for their choices. I don’t know why they made the choice, but I know the law I am trying to give them. What I do know is, if they screw up, I am going to be the first one to tell them. If I don’t have that right, or the power, to tell them they are screwing up, then they are going to get all the blame.
For many employees, that is their goal. They want to be at the top, and that means working for someone else that is just telling them they screwed up and expecting it to be ok. For a lot of people, working for someone else is a very bad thing.
2. I want to control my own fate
Working for a company is not a bad thing. I am all for good, ethical, companies. If you work for a bad company, don’t think that you are going to be able to move on, or get a job. Most companies have ethics in place, but only so they can keep their best employees and move their worse employees out. The problem with hiring a company is that if you get kicked out of your job, chances are your employer is going to kick you out too.
If you work for a company that has bad or corrupt employees, chances are it is going to go back to those people and punish you even more. One of the ways a lot of companies do this is, they don’t pay you for those days. They don’t want you going to other jobs and letting other companies know you are on the job market. If you work for a company that treats you well, they make it clear that it is a good, ethical, company.
Most companies are made up of a lot of good, ethical people. They have tried their best to hire good employees, and if there is a problem, the company goes back to its best employees and tells them what is going on. This is one of the reasons people start their own businesses, so they have control of their own fate.
3. There is more to life than what I do
I don’t mean this in a bad way, but it is a fact. You are working for a company. You have a job, but you are also working to earn money, to have money, to buy things, to buy and have your own business. At the end of the day, there is a lot more to life than working for a company. It is better to work for a company where you have the opportunity to do other things, and maybe even grow your business. At the end of the day, it will be easier to make a lot more money if you make it your own.
4. I am in control
You are working for a company. You may have started your own business, but the company makes a lot of the decisions. At the end of the day, your personal business is under the control of the business you work for. It isn’t your business, it is your employer’s business. There are benefits, of course, like being able to have access to an employee’s benefits.
You will not have to pay any of those benefits out of your personal income. It is up to your employer whether or not you are able to have access to the benefits. At the end of the day, it is your employer’s job to make sure you can work. If the company doesn’t give you the opportunity to work, they may try to keep you off the job market.
If your employer is making it hard for you to get a job, that is more proof that the company is making it hard to get rid of bad employees, and making you look bad, and it is the company’s fault.
5. I don’t have to listen to other companies
You have the choice to do other things. Listen to the next company that is making a mistake. You may listen to some bad news about the company you work for. Sometimes, the bad news may even be true.
Sometimes, the bad news is not true, and you might not be looking in the right places. When you are looking for a job, you are most likely going to find a company that seems to have a lot of employees, and that is hiring. You might find a company with a great plan, and it looks good.
Maybe you will find a company that seems to have a terrible plan. You don’t have to listen to the bad things people say about the company you work for. You will not have the choice of listening to other companies you hear about, or other businesses. Do not have to listen to people talk about the company you work for, and make you look bad.
